Elizabeth & Jameson

Elizabeth & Jameson are an award-winning UK acoustic collaboration comprising Hannah Elizabeth and Griff Jameson.

Together they create an indie-folk sound which encompasses their individual musical backgrounds, Hannah’s influences being firmly planted in traditional folk-roots, whilst in contrast Griff has formed his musical reputation within the folk pop/rock genres.  

Their music represents simplistic stripped back harmony driven classic song writing, incorporating violin and acoustic guitar.

 

Spending the last few years touring folk and acoustic venues and events across the UK, including Cambridge Folk Festival and The Great British Folk Festival, the duo have picked up a healthy fan base and several high-profile support slots

Being awarded the NMG Award for best Acoustic, Folk & Roots Act of 2019, and opening four shows for Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra as part of their 2019 Autumn/Winter tour were a highlight.

 

 

 

Their debut studio album, Northern Shores & Stories was officially released in May 2020 and has also been receiving critical acclaim across the acoustic folk/roots community.
