Edward Young
Often featured on BBC Introducing due to his songwriting which now spans two albums and a handful of singles, Edward Young is heavily influenced by artists such as U2, Kings of Leon, Inhaler, Stereophonics, Coldplay, The Beatles, Adele, and Muse.
Though better known for his singles ‘Fallen’ and ‘Blank Page’, a musical highlight has been releasing ‘Hold On (For Another Day)’. The song is one of hope written for those who had a tough time during the COVID-19 pandemic during which Edward created Hope Nation, an army of key workers from all over the world who sang a very special version of Hold On to raise money for the NHS.
Edward’s material is self penned, recorded and produced, with a focus on personal expression and storytelling, both of real life and fictional experiences.
