Dogs! Teeth!

A frothing hotpot of alternative rock, Dogs!Teeth! are inspired by bands such as Nirvana, Cardiacs, Scott Walker and The Pixies. The three-piece came together in Peterborough in 2022 over a love of the 90’s alternative guitar sound and they vehemently believe in the ‘all live, no backing tracks’ approach. ‘The craft’ is very important to them, but so is quirky soulful irreverence. The band try not to take themselves too seriously whilst writing about very serious topics.

Although a recent addition to the live band scene, Dogs! Teeth! Have already picked up support from BBC Introducing, UnsignedRadio.co.uk, WolfmanRadio.co.uk, Cambridge 105FM, OFIMonday & Peterborough City Radio 103.2FM.

Their new single, ‘A Family Fantasy’ is a tongue in cheek look at how experiences in childhood can sometimes limit us and stop us from reaching our full potential. It points to the ‘stiff upper lip’ culture of this country as being at times dangerously toxic to our wellbeing. The track is due for a May 2023 launch at The Voodoo Lounge in Stamford..
